In YouTube Studio, click on the "Create" button (a camera icon with a plus sign) at the top right corner.
Select "Upload videos" from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Upload Your Video
In the "Upload videos" window, click on the "Select Files" button.
Browse your computer for the video file you want to upload, select it, and click "Open."
Step 5: Add Video Details

Description:Â Write a detailed description of your video. Include important information, links, and keywords.
Thumbnail:Â Upload a custom thumbnail or choose one of the auto-generated ones.
Playlists:Â Add your video to relevant playlists if you have any.
Step 6: Add Tags
Scroll down to the "Tags" section under the "More options" tab.
Enter relevant tags that describe your video content. Tags help YouTube understand the context of your video and improve its discoverability. For example, if you are uploading a video about video production, you might use tags like "video production," "Tallahassee video production," "videography tips," and "business promotion."
Step 7: Choose Visibility Settings
Private:Â Only you and people you choose can watch the video.
Unlisted:Â Anyone with the video link can watch it.
Public:Â Anyone can search for and view your video.
Scheduled:Â Set a specific date and time for the video to be published.
Step 8: Set Audience and Age Restrictions
Indicate whether your video is made for kids or not. This is required for compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
Set age restrictions if your content is not suitable for all audiences.
Step 9: Add Video Elements
End Screen:Â Add end screens to promote other content at the end of your video.
Cards:Â Add interactive cards to promote other videos, playlists, or external links.
Step 10: Publish Your Video
After setting all the details, click on the "Next" button.
Review your video settings and click "Publish" (or "Schedule" if you chose to schedule the video).
Step 11: Share Your Video
Once published, you will see a confirmation screen with a link to your video.
Share this link on your social media platforms, website, and with your email subscribers to drive traffic to your video.
