Do You Offer Cheaper Packages?Yes, we can always customize a package that fits your specific needs! While we do require a minimum of 10 videos per shoot, the total cost of each video can be brought down to $125/video by eliminating add-ons such as multiple camera angles, B-Roll shots, captions, etc.
-
How fast is the turnaround time? The goal of this package is to create monthly content that can be posted consistently. Most clients typically receive their first video within 24-48 hours. After that, we''ll share a Google doc with you with a proposed posting schedule. We'll stay ahead of your posting schedule so that you're never waiting on us to finish your videos. You do have the option to receive all of your videos at once, but this system works so well that we're rarely asked for it...
-
Can I customize a package to fit my needs?Yes. We're always willing to find a solution that best fits your needs. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll get you an updated quote.
-
Can I edit my own footage? No.
-
Can I use a teleprompter?YES! You'll send us your responses to each question in advance, load them in before your interview, and the answers will scroll automatically to the sound of your voice. We do, however, encourage people to go without if at all possible, as the delivery can become very robotic when reading from a screen. We find that 10/10 interviews are much mroe effective when talking to a real person.
-
Do I have to look into the camera?NO! You'll be looking at me the entire time, so it feels more like a relaxed conversation than being on a TV set in front of thousands of people.
-
Do you have a referral program?YES! If a client signs up for at least 6 months of monthly content because of YOUR referral, we'll offer you one month (1 interview, 12-15 videos) at half price!
-
How will the final media be delivered? All of the media is organized cleanly into a Google doc that is shared with you. This contains links to each video, descriptions, tutorials, hashtags for Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, and even a suggested schedule dates based on our research of your particular industry.
-
Can I make changes to the video after it's delivered?Yes! We want you to be 1000% satisfied with your videos before sharing them! While quality control is our top priority, we're all human, and sometimes our preferences may not align perfectly. Just let us know what changes you want, and we'll make it happen. If it affects the posting schedule, we'll simply move another video up in the cue while we make the changes.
-
Do you offer cheaper packages? We're looking to work with realtors who respect and appreciate the depth, quality, and creativity of our services. If you're looking for a "good deal," or "quick, easy and affordable," it's likely that we won't be a good fit for you... We don’t offer discounted packages for combined photo and video services for several important reasons: Maintaining the Value of Our Work: Both photography and videography require specialized skills, time, and resources. Offering them at a reduced rate would undermine the true value of the professional services we provide. Protecting the Sustainability of Our Business: Lowering prices for combined services can lead to unrealistic client expectations for discounts on all future projects. This would ultimately harm the long-term sustainability and profitability of our business. Ensuring Quality Over Quantity: Discounted packages might force us to take on more work to make up for the lower rates, potentially compromising the quality of our work. By maintaining our pricing, we ensure that each project receives the full attention and quality it deserves. Reflecting the True Cost of Production: Photos and videos involve different equipment, techniques, and post-production processes. Offering a cheaper package might not cover the actual production costs, leading to financial losses on projects. Positioning Ourselves as a Premium Service Provider: By not offering discounted bundles, we position ourselves as a premium service provider, offering high-quality, specialized work. Realtors who value top-tier marketing materials are more likely to choose our services, knowing that our pricing reflects the superior quality we deliver.
-
How quick is the turnaround time?Typically 24-48 hours, depending on the length of the video and the amount of photos taken. Most photo packages are delivered the same day. *We only do video shoots during the morning and evening times - shooting midday compromises the quality of our work (and the result of your photos/videos)
-
What camera gear are you using?Camera Sony a7S III Lenses Sony 12-24mm f2.8 GM (wide shots) Sony 16-35mm f2.8 GM II (mid-range/general shots) Sony 50mm f1.4 (detail shots) Drone DJI Mini 4 Pro
-
Do you do 3D matterport tours?Nope.
-
How does video licensing work?Unless agreed upon otherwise, you'll have usage rights to the video for all immediate marketing purposes, but we retain full rights to all of the footage we shoot. We do this for a few reasons: To prevent other realtors from reusing our footage in future sales. So that we can use all content we shoot for promotional purposes. Most realtors shouldn't have a problem with us sharing the video. Since we have more followers than most realtors, we'll have a larger audience than they do. It's free marketing of the property you're trying to sell... *If you'd like to PURCHASE full ownership of the video, the cost is double the total cost of the video.
-
Are you a certified drone pilot?Yes, our drone pilots FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilots. (license renewed February, 2024)
-
How long will the shoot take?We recommend blocking off a certain amount of time to ensure that we can produce the highest quality content possible for you and your listing video: PHOTOS OR VIDEO ONLY PHOTOS & VIDEO You can either remain on-site, or leave and come back when we're finished. We'll let you know 30 minutes before we wrap up to give you time to get back to the site to lockup.

CINEMATIC VIDEO PRICINGWe base our CINEMATIC real estate video prices on the LIST PRICE, rather than square footage for several key reasons: Reflecting Property Value: Pricing by list price ensures that the cost of the video aligns with the property's value. This approach allows us to allocate more resources to higher-value properties, ensuring the final product matches the property's market potential. Incentivizing Quality Work: More expensive homes often require more intricate video production to highlight their unique features. By pricing based on the list price, we ensure that the compensation reflects the additional effort and creativity needed to create a video that does justice to the property. Filtering Low-Value Projects: Pricing by list price helps us avoid projects that don’t justify the time and expertise we invest in each video. This allows us to focus on properties where our work can truly make a difference, providing a better return on investment for both us and our clients. Reflects the Marketing Budget: Sellers of higher-priced properties generally have larger marketing budgets. By aligning video pricing with the list price, we can provide a premium service that fits within the seller’s overall marketing strategy and budget. We want to work with realtors who understand and appreciate the value of marketing. Simplifies Pricing Structure: Basing prices on the list price creates a more straightforward and transparent pricing structure for clients. It eliminates the need for complex calculations based on square footage, making it easier for clients to understand the value they’re receiving for their investment. Because we also understand that realtors only percentage of the commission, we do not recommend the Cinematic Showcase Video Package for listings under $800K. Here is a helpful chart to help to determine the BASE COST of standard real estate video: *If the list price is below $400K, the price of the video is still $400. TRAVEL COST For locations outside of Tallahassee, we also apply the following travel costs: - $25/hr travel time - $0.67/mi

Can you shoot it with less expensive gear to make the video cheaper?Believe it or not, a realtor has actually asked this question before... Sure, we could shoot with cheaper gear if you're okay with your video looking like it was made on a budget. But if you want your listing to stand out and actually impress buyers, then cutting corners on quality isn’t the way to go. You get what you pay for—if you're looking for bargain-basement work, you'll get bargain-basement results.
-
Can you make the place look bigger or better than it really is?This request crosses ethical boundaries. Real estate professionals should aim to present properties in their best light without misleading potential buyers. A good photographer or videographer will enhance the property's appeal without resorting to deception. HOWEVER, yes, we've had clients tell us that the property looks TOO good in the video, and we use the widest full-frame Sony lens that money can buy to maximize the frame in all of our photos & videos.
-
Can I pay you after closing?Nope. If you don't have the money, you don't get the product...
-
Can I edit my own footage? If you are hiring me only for the capture of raw video files, then yes, you can certainly edit your own footage. However, any credits associated with the production of the video should make a clear distinction between the persons capturing and editing the footage.
-
How do I add a new question & answer? To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
-
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title? You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
-
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
-
Can I keep all of the raw, unedited photos from my photo session? No. RAW images & videos are unedited and therefore are not an accurate representation of my work/brand. Providing RAW photos or video files removes my discretion, and, as the professional, I must set the standard for my business. You hired me specifically because of my past work, meaning you want to receive my images. Since my editing is a part of my process, it only makes sense that my edits are required to create an image that’s truly indicative of my style–the entire reason you hired me. Cutting the editing out of the process cuts the quality in half.
-
Can I record a piece in several chunk rather than attempting the entire thing?YES! I am very well-versed in the art of "splicing," "cross-fading," and have edited audio (and video) recordings with over a hundred edits. The cost of edits is generally $10 per audio edit (for audio-only recordings), and $25 per video edit (when both audio and video are present).
-
Why don't you list recording rates? While I do have standard rates for certain genres of popular recording (recitals, headshots, etc.), I do not list them as I tailor every quote to exactly what the artist(s) is(are) looking for, which can save them time & money.
-
What genres do you record? With the ability to record 16 simultaneous channels, I can record it all! While I primarily record classical music, I am comfortable recording Rock bands, country, funk, etc.
-
What is an Audio Engineer? An Audio Engineer is a highly skilled audio professional responsible for proficiently utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to obtain the highest quality audio of any singer, instrumentalist, and musician who records.
-
Do you do mixing & mastering?I do it all: determining the best location to record in, optimal miking scenario, setting up the mics, tracking the session, backing up files, mixing, editing, mastering, & final delivery.
-
Can I edit my own recording? If you are paying only for the RAW capture of audio, then yes, you can certainly edit your own recording. However, any credits associated with the capture & editing of the audio should clearly distinguish the persons capturing and editing the recording.
-
If using less mics makes my project less expensive, can I opt for that?Yes and no... You probably hired me because you liked the way my recordings sound or look....
